![]() In addition, a few bosses were changed or added too, including a giant Buddha statue, the Statue of Liberty (animated by the Greater Fiend Alexei), and Marbus from the previous game.Fewer enemies with higher amounts of health.Infinite projectile ammo now exists, which also means a lot of flying enemies were ditched. Extra weapons were also added and changed around, such as the Enma's Fang, a greatsword for Ryu, and the Incendiary Shuriken being given to Ayane. In Story mode, Karma Scoring is removed and now only done in Chapter Challenge. The biggest addition to gameplay is the extra missions as Ayane, Momjii and Rachel, as well as a co-op multiplayer mode known as Team Mission. The UI is less 'bloody', with it being a deep red on the 360, and a far cooler blue on the PS3.In addition, Ryu shakes far less blood off his sword after battle, in comparison to the 360 version. The credits are also entirely different the 360 version shows various blood splatters, whereas the PS3 version shows Ryu walking through a foggy battlefield. In the 360 version, Ryu cuts a werewolf in half, but this is replaced with the same werewolf (unintentionally comically) falling to the ground. One major example is when Ryu travels to Venice in Chapter 5. Conversely, the blood and gore is completely gone from the cutscenes of the PS3 version.Body parts also do not remain on the ground in the PS3 version. Cutting limbs and heads off has blood spurts being replaced with a blue smoke. Blood is quite scant in the PS3 remake whilst not entirely deleted, there is considerably a lot less of it.NB: Surprisingly, these changes apply to the PS3 version regardless of region so the censorship decisions apply across the board. ![]()
